6-7 years generalist experience covering the broad area of the job, preferably in a service related or FMCG environment||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|

Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Communication skills (verbal & written)
Human resources information systems (HRIS) knowledge
Computer literacy - MS office suite
Relationship building
Knowledge of BCEA, LRA
