Roles and Responsibilities
Product Consultants
- Stock Management:
- Ensure Samsung electronics products are properly stocked front and back of store.
- Manage the movement of stock from storage to the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Inventory Control:
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Assist with stock ordering and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the store Ambassador (permanent PC)
- Product Displays:
- Organize and maintain attractive displays for Samsung products.
- Ensure that the products are presented neatly and are easily accessible to customers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with permanent store PC as well as store staff and store management
- Assist with product deliveries and stock take where possible to add value to the store
- Grow and maintain key relationships in store
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with in-store staff and management.
- Collaborate with store teams to align Samsung product displays and promotions with overall store goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for Samsung-related inquiries and support in-store teams with product knowledge and stock needs.
- Ensure seamless communication between the Samsung brand and store personnel to drive product success.
Requirements
- Matric
- Experience in financial services preferential
- Strong Sales experience
- Own transport or public transport
- Self-motivated
- Confident
- Honesty and Integrity
- Must be able to interface with clients
- Must be able to source new clients
- Self-disciplined
- Presentable and Fluent in English
- Computer literate (windows, excel, power point and word) preferred not essential
- Systems expert
