Job Summary: 

To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.

● Selling products/services 

● Updating Data basis, 

● Conducting market research 

● Providing detailed Product/service information 

● Reaching sales target 

● Adhering to standards and guidelines 

● Prospecting

● Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 

● Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers. 

● Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 

● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. ● Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers. 

● Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services. 

Customer Handling 

● Deal with all queries relating to product information. 

● Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products 

● Escalating complaints 

Administration 

● Capturing of information diligently/precisely 

● Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports 

● Dispositioning call outcomes accurately. 

● Escalating queries/complaints timeously 



Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress 

FSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS) 

Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customer 

satisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversight 

and client resolution, secretarial/admin experience
